Bing Consulting Group, Inc. (BCGI) is dedicated to highlighting the power of perspective. By facilitating a shift in mindset, we can get the best out of our most valuable resource...our people. New perspectives create movement toward greater levels of performance, achievement, success and satisfaction.

DEFINING STATEMENT
BCGI works with executives who want to better execute business strategy and business leaders who want to maximize their teams’ performance. NEW YORK UNIVERSITY 
Lisa teaches at New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies.  She has taught a number of courses in the field of Business Management, among them Leadership and Management, Leadership Styles, Practices and Strategies and Leadership and Business Transformation: Strategies for Managing the Process of Organizational Change.

ABOUT LISA A. BING
Lisa A. Bing, president of Bing Consulting Group, Inc. works with executives and business leaders who want teams on board with business strategy, able to connect the dots, able to galvanize others toward the right results at the right time, and able to shift gears without fanfare as conditions change. Clients consistently report value from new ways of thinking, seamless execution, and targeted results she delivers whether through executive coaching, management consulting, or speaking.  Ms. Bing has more than twenty years experience in education and organization development and has worked with corporations as well as not-for-profit, government, and educational organizations. She has consulted with executives and professionals throughout the United States, Europe and Hong Kong. A partial client list includes Verizon, Deutsche Bank, Federal Reserve Bank, HSBC Bank USA, Prudential Financial, Procter and Gamble, City University of New York, the Brooklyn Public Library and the American Cancer Society.

Lisa is on the adjunct faculty at New York University, was 2003 President ASTD-NY Metro Chapter, is a charter member of the Society for the Advancement of Consulting, is a board director with the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and is an alumnus of Leadership New York, Coro Foundation.  She has been featured in Money Magazine, published in T & D Magazine and Black Meetings & Tourism, featured in Brooklyn's Progress and quoted in Black Enterprise.

Lisa’s education is in organizational psychology, management development, and education and has completed undergraduate work at Boston University and graduate work at New York University and Teachers College, Columbia University.
